6. Conduct a Public Hearing to hear testimony and, after a second consideration in accordance with the provisions of the City Charter, act upon an Ordinance 773-24 accepting and approving a final Timberbrook Public Improvement District No. 2 Service and Assessment Plan, including the Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll; making a finding of special benefit to property within Improvement Area #1 of the Timberbrook Public Improvement District No. 2; levying special assessments against such property and establishing a lien on such property; providing for the method of assessment and the payment of the assessments levied against the assessed property, in accordance with Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended.
9. Consider and act upon second reading of Ordinance 774-24 of the City of Justin, Texas, approving and authorizing the issuance and sale of the City of Justin, Texas, Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2024 (Timberbrook Public Improvement District No. 2 Improvement Area #1 Project); approving and authorizing related agreements; and providing an effective date.
7. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider and act upon ordinance 776-24 to City Council for a Specific Use Permit for the Gaston House legally described THE PRESERVE PHASE 1 BLK 6 LOT 23-27X. Generally located southwest from the intersection of FM 407 and Boss Range Road.
10. Consider and take appropriate action upon Resolution 665-24 approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement for the Construction and Funding of Authorized Improvements and Reimbursement of Advances – Timberbrook Public Improvement District No. 2 – Improvement Area #2 and an Agreement for the Construction and Funding of Authorized Improvements and Reimbursement of Advances – Timberbrook Public Improvement District No. 2 – Improvement Area #3 and resolving other related matters incident thereto.
8. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider and act upon Ordinance 775-24 to amend the Planned Development (GB-PD) Standards for Justin Town Square. The amendment is proposed for the properties legally described as LOTS 1 - 7, BLOCK 1, LOTS 1-3, BLOCK 2, LOT A, BLOCK 3, LOT A, BLOCK 4, HARDEMAN CENTER ADDITION PH 1 BLK 2 LOT 1, JWR 711 ADDITION BLK A LOT 3, JWR 711 ADDITION BLK A LOT 2, JWR 711 ADDITION BLK A LOT 1.
