Generally located southwest from the intersection of FM 407 and Meadowview Drive; and take appropriate action.

I)1. Consider approving Resolution 695-24 for execution of a financial agreement with the Texas Water Development Board for the next phase of funding in connection with the issuance of $2,500,000 in principal amount of combination tax and revenue certificates of obligation; and take appropriate action.

I)2. Consider approving Resolution 700-24 authorizing publication and posting of notice of intention to issue certificates of obligation, including the adoption of a resolution pertaining thereto; and take appropriate action.

I)3. Consider and act upon Resolution 701-24 of the City of Justin, Texas, to declare an emergency and authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement on behalf of the City in an amount not to exceed $200,000 to design and construct water system improvements, and further appropriate necessary funding.
