I) 1. Conduct a public hearing to hear testimony and make a consideration accepting and approving a final Timberbrook Public Improvement District No. 1 2025 Amended and Restated Service and Assessment Plan, including the Improvement Area #3 Assessment Roll; making a finding of special benefit to property within Improvement Area #3 of the Timberbrook Public Improvement District No. 1; levying special assessments against such property and establishing a lien on such property; providing for the method of assessment and the payment of the assessments levied against the assessed property, in accordance with Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended; and take appropriate action.

I) 2. Consider and act upon Ordinance 822-25 to rezone the subject property from Residential Estate Single Family (SF-RE) to Planned Development Light Industrial legally described as A0993A MARY POLK, TR 20B, A0993A MARY POLK, TR 20C, A0993A MARY POLK, TR 20, A0993A MARY POLK, TR 20D. Generally located northeast from the intersection of Sam Reynolds Road and Boss Range Road.

J) 1. Consider and act upon Ordinance 819-25 accepting and approving a final Timberbrook Public Improvement District No. 1 2025 Amended and Restated Service and Assessment Plan, updated assessment rolls for Improvement Area #1, Improvement Area #2-A, Improvement Area #2-B and the Major Improvement Area, and the Improvement Area #3 assessment roll; making a finding of special benefit to property within Improvement Area #3 of Timberbrook Public Improvement District No. 1; approving the Timberbrook Public Improvement District No. 1 2025 Amended and Restated Service and Assessment Plan as the 2025 Annual Service Plan Update for the District; levying special assessments against such property and establishing a lien on such property; providing for the method of assessment and the payment of the assessments levied against Improvement Area #3 assessed property, in accordance with Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended; and take appropriate action.

J) 2. Consider adopting Ordinance 820-25 of the City of Justin, Texas, approving and authorizing the issuance and sale of the City of Justin, Texas, Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2025 (Timberbrook Public Improvement District No. 1 Improvement Area #3 Project); approving and authorizing related agreements; and providing an effective date; and take appropriate action.

J) 3. Consider and act upon Ordinance 821-25 of the City Council of the City of Justin, Texas approving the 2025 Annual Service Plan Update for Timberbrook Public Improvement District No. 2; and take appropriate action.
