Consider and act upon Resolution 782-25 of the City of Justin, Texas, determining the costs of certain Improvement Area #2 Projects to be financed within Improvement Area #2 of Timberbrook Public Improvement District No. 2; approving a preliminary 2025 amended and restated service plan and assessment plan, including a proposed Improvement Area #2 Assessment Roll; directing the filing of the proposed Improvement Area #2 Assessment Roll with the City Secretary; noticing a public hearing for October 9, 2025 to consider an ordinance levying assessments on property located within Improvement Area #2 of Timberbrook Public Improvement District No.2; and directing City staff to publish and mail notice of such public hearing.

J) 3. Consider approving Resolution 784-25 for a transition and program plan for the inaugural Justin Recreation Program; and take appropriate action.
